I’m Jewel. I run Jewel Computer & Online, a local IT services and retail shop in Ullapara, Sirajganj, and PCErrorLab is where I write down the fixes I use on the machines that come through my shop every week.
I’ve got a computer science background, backed by technical training I went through early on, and I’ve built this into the shop’s reputation locally — people bring me machines that “IT people” elsewhere gave up on, or that a “PC cleaner” app made worse instead of better. That’s honestly the reason PCErrorLab exists. I got tired of watching people get sent in circles by generic advice online, so I started writing the actual fixes I use — the ones that work on real customer machines, not the ones that sound good in a forum post.
When I write a guide about a BSOD code, a driver conflict, a Windows Update failure, or a boot loop, it’s because I diagnosed that exact error on an actual machine, traced it to its actual cause, and fixed it — usually using nothing but Windows’ own built-in tools, because that’s almost always where the real fix lives, not in some third-party download.
If a guide here doesn’t get your machine working, or the problem needs hands-on repair — a failing drive, physical damage, a motherboard issue — that’s exactly the kind of thing I handle in the shop directly. You can reach me through the Contact page or come by Jewel Computer & Online in Ullapara.
